A: Please proceed the following: Check your Internet connectivity using standard browser against http://www.phonexia.com. Check if you do not run more instances than subscribed by license file (using -j parameter in command line). In rare cases your SW copy may be crashed accidentally. If this is the case, please wait for automatic license renewal period (60 minutes after last check). Check if your connection to the license server hasn't change. Check if validity of the license is not due.

In this article we explain details of the Speech Engine configuration file phxspe.properties, located in settings subdirectory in SPE installation location. Settings in this configuration file affect the Speech Engine behavior and performance.
